Great app
... just what I needed to get me into messing with video again. Thanks!
Great, but...
What is the Difference between Classic and pro? ;)
Perfect on my iphone 4s
Nice app
High hopes -- dashed
After growing sick and tired of Apples unpredictable frame rates, nonexistent control, and audio sync issues, I needed something reliable. So I bought FiLMiC Classic for my iPhone 4. It was a complete waste of money. I dont ever recall cursing an app as much as this one. I had issues right away with it skipping. I figured "kill all the processes in the background". Did that. Still had issues. It got so bad that I had to restart the app every time I wanted it to actually record something. I have had this app for a few weeks now. I have tested it many times. But today, while on vacation, I gave it one last chance to prove itself. I was reluctant to use Filmic, and rightfully so. I should have stuck with Apples camera. I shot this rather important video of my father-in-laws childhood home overseas, and it just skipped constantly. Uploaded it to my laptop, same problem, so clearly this problem originated at the time of capture. I was worried about audio sync issues... They are NOTHING compared to the pathetic mess captured by FiLMiC Classic. Not to mention even the focus control seemed inferior to apples autofocus. Dont waste your time or money. Take it from me, since I now have to reshoot my father-in-laws neighbourhood, and hopefully I will manage to avoid being stabbed in the back by suspicious locals... Thanks for nothing, FiLMiC Classic.
Worst video app
Seriously this thing kept freezing and I lost so much video that I was just better off using the built in Apple video tools! Horrible app! Be careful if you are relying on this!
